I turn operational chaos into systems that scale. I've done it at PayPal and Etsy: scaling operations through hypergrowth, leading AI transformation for a 300+ person global org, and building functions from zero. What makes me different is that I bring both the systems brain and the human side. I can architect the infrastructure and get people to actually use it. I create order from ambiguity and build things that last.
What I do
I lead a program to accelerate innovation on PayPal's payments team, building agents and prototyping tools that solve pain points in the Product Development Lifecycle. The work includes compliance review agents that save 80% of review time, prototyping tools using design system components, and agents that brainstorm ideas from user insights. The goal is making AI adoption feel seamless rather than disruptive to existing workflows.
I build AI-powered tools that solve operational problems I see in the field. When existing solutions don't exist or don't work, I prototype my own. Check out some of what I've launched below.
Most change fails because people feel like it's happening to them. I design multi-sided incentive systems where adoption happens because people want to use them.
